Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

To give our cleaning team enough time to prepare for the next guests, changes to check-in or check-out times are only possible in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement.

General Information

• Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
• Please report any damage or defects to us immediately so that we can address them.
• Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of the vacation apartments.
• The host assumes no liability for personal belongings.

Pets

• Pets are permitted only in the vacation apartments at Villa Sonneneck and in the Strandkoje.
• Pets must be specified separately at the time of booking.

Parties and Quiet Hours

• Parties and events are not permitted in the vacation rentals.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. — please be considerate of other guests and the neighborhood.

Cleanliness

• Please leave the apartment swept clean.
• Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Safety

• Please close all windows and doors when you leave.
• Open flames and candles are not permitted for fire safety reasons.
